Euthanasia: Community Organizing and “The Big Death Lobby”

November 10, 2016 – San Francisco, CA – NOISECoalition News – This report [produced by USASurvival, a Maryland based think tank chaired by Cliff Kincaid of Accuracy in Media] was compiled by a good friend of mine, Stephanie Block of Albuquerque, New Mexico.  This segment is part 2 of a larger 4 piece expose which is devoted to the rise of the “death” lobby, a leftist movement which has roots in the abortion industry as well as forced government controlled healthcare.

It provides  much background in understanding the concerns within the Catholic Church regarding certain ethical and moral problems with social justice issues.

The antithesis of wisdom

The Antithesis of Wisdom

I often refer to a small book of spiritual reading on the daily reflections of the Apostle Paul.  Today’s reflections in wisdom and its opposite, a lack of logic, is presented by Dale O’Leary, an author and contributor to several Catholic publications.

Ms O’Leary describes the antithesis of wisdom as the profane babblings about which St. Paul warned Timothy in 1 Timothy 6:20-21.

I might add that in our current experience the “profane babblings” has been the standard rhetoric of the presidential campaigns. Depending upon the outcome tomorrow night I would like to offer you the small but powerful prayer that Ms O’Leary offers in her treatise on Wisdom.

Dear Father in heaven, give us the true knowledge and the courage to stand against what is false and dangerous..

Is Obama to be thanked for higher graduation rates?

11.7.2016.  In a little more than 24 hours from now we will know, or have a pretty good idea, of the future of our country.  It has been said prior to every Presidential election since the first George Bush, that “this is the most important election ever.”  Well, this year is no exception.

I certainly can’t predict who will be elected or even how well that person will administer our government.

Only this do I know, we will still need an alert citizenry becauwe the election itself will be only the first step, a big step, yes, but there are many more to come.

Even if our favorite candidate should win (whomever that may be) nothing will change immediately or without long debate, much legislation and much need for witnessing truth to illogic

Just take the education of our children as one small example.  Education has become big business. Both Democrats and Republicans have, since at least George Bush and his Goals 2000 have been slowly expanding the federal government stranglehold on education.

None of these presidents have done away with the federal Dept of Education as some promised.  In fact it has been greatly expanded partly through the forming of partnerships with private industry.

The title of this report – reflects the suggestion that President Obama, personally, is responsible for an increase in graduation certificates.

However, another article published by EdWeek  asks What Does a High School diploma Mean?

This article claims that there are a total of 95 different types of high school graduation certificates representing all types of educational programs.

Of course, behind all this is the understanding that education has become big business with lots of salaries and executive officers and partnerships with more state anad local departments of education. All these agencies vying for the right to earn the big bucks doing the educating, so-called, that we with our taxes are supposedly paying the classroom teachers for.

Did you know that there is a big federal Education Secretary named John B, King

If Hillary gets elected we can be assured that Mr. King will have job security. If Donald Trump gets elected, just how long will it take to remove Mr. King, or not?

My whole point in reporting on this is to encourage you to continue to be interested in public policy issues. Just getting a new President will not make the problems of education, health care, jobs, housing, trasportation or immiogration go away.  It will be ever more important that peope stay involved, stand against the antithesis of wisdom and pray for God’s guidance for all of us.

“We frequently need other people’s help to figure out what God wants of us. It is relatively easy to sort out what is bad from what is good, but it is much more difficult to sort out what is good from what is better and what is bad from what is worse. The Holy Spirit gives us the counsel we need through external and internal signs of grace.” — Rev. Jude Winkler, p. 35

  • San Francisco. A frantic daughter called for help in defending her mother’s right to live and receive the medical care to which she was entitled. It was an urgent situation in which a San Francisco Bay Area hospital was attempting to force Assisted Suicide on a Ninety-three year old woman patient during the week of 10.17.16. This is only the latest of several calls received since ObamaCare and, especially California’s Assisted Suicide bill became law.
  • Prayers are still needed for this woman who, though saved from death (for the time being) at the hands of the medical profession now needs to have a new facility found that will care for her needs and nutrition. Late in the 3rd day of no food and water a judge stepped forward to issue a temporary restraining order requiring the hospital to re-institute the necessary care. The woman still has suffers from apparent mismanagement of her care in this facility as well as a previous facility.
  • Donald Trump. Presidential Candidate, has received the support of pro-life groups for his apparent pledge to defend the Pain Capable Unborn Child Act and his frequently stated promise to defund Planned Parenthood. However, a glance at the liberal media’s reporting on this subject would indicate that they and he aren’t sure if he will do that or not.
  • As a reminder, in February of this year, Trump said Planned Parenthood was a “good” organization, it helped women. In November now he is saying that he will consider defunding PP.
  • He, further, says that if he’s elected Roe v Wade will be overturned because he will appoint pro-life Justices who will, themselves, automatically overturn Roe. But that means some group or groups will have to bring up a lawsuit that will make its way to the Supreme Court.
  • But, what about the June 29, 1992, Supreme Court decision known as Planned Parenthood v Casey that re-affirmed Roe? What happens to that law?  Will overturning Roe v Wade have any bearing in California?  Several other areas of law were affected through unethical and immoral decisions based on Roe.
  • The Question in Casey was: Can a state require women who want an abortion to obtain informed consent, wait 24 hours and, if minors, obtain parental consent, without violating their right to abortion guaranteed by Roe v Wade?
  • Planned Parenthood has seen to it here in California that abortion is a wide open, no restraints or oversight on service to women and teens. Also defunding Planned Parenthood will be a great idea but in California the California taxpayer pays for abortions and we are close to a super majority of Democrats in the legislature.
  • On the positive side if Roe is overturned that will put the abortion fight back into the states. the Several states such as California that have their own state laws on abortion, contraception, etc. will have the right to bring cases to court or legislation and attempt to bring abortion under supervised control or done away with completely. It will be years, however, of continued efforts. California Pro-Lifers have to have the will to continue to demand protection and respect for human life from its officials and medical personnel.
  • On the down side, if Hillary Clinton obtains the Presidency she will work with Planned Parenthood to expand even further, their stronghold on women’s health and reproductive services.
  • Abortion will no doubt become federally funded, regulations will be set by the federal government. Who knows but what a President favorable to the oppressive objectives of Planned parenthood could even expand their goals under the Executive Order approach.
  • Personally like Donald Trump or dislike his implied lack of leadership and planning skills, but if the children and the elderly are to have protection of and respect for their lives, Trump as President is our one renewed chance to defeat Obamacare with its abortion and euthanasia agenda imbedded in the programs in this country.
  • As a Senator Hillary Clinton made calls in to California supporting Planned Parenthood and opposing, along with the California Medical Association, prop 85 which would have required Parental Notification. That prop was defeated, narrowly and Planned Parenthood now has wide-open access to all our children for instruction in PP’s brand of healthy living.
  • Thanks in part to Hillary’s support of PP Cecile Richards, National Director of Planned Parenthood personally takes home $1 M a year of your tax money. The Planned Parenthood local clinic director in your town is probably making a six figure income at least, according to IRS form 990s’ which have been read by Pro Life researchers.
  • A serious side-effect of this leniency toward PP and its promotion of birth control pills and hormonal pills is depression. Is your teenager often depressed? Articles abound now on this subject online. Even the Washington Post published an article on the prevalence of depression in those who use artificial birth control.  The liberal media, such as the Huffington Post carry articles that declare if your child is depressed give her more birth control pills so she won’t forget to use birth control while being sexually active.
  • Drug overdosing and depression are now considered to be the leading causes of suicide and, therefore, the source of an increased amount of donated organs for transplanting.
  • California has proposition 64 on the ballot that will legalize Marijuana. The easier access to this drug could be a leading source of drug overdosing.  Organs for transplanting has become a lucrative business for those who act as resource personnel. More drugs in play, more overdosing, more depression and death from overdosing, more organs for transplanting.

FORTY DAYS FOR LIFE is still in effect. There is a 40 Days program active in Walnut Creek outside the Oakland Ave Planned Parenthood clinic in Walnut Creek. Last weekend along with those praying was a large van sometimes referred to as the Stork Bus which provides free sonograms for women who can see the truth of the existence of a human child in their womb.

We understands that the local Contra Costa County Knights of Columbus groups are considering ways to bring such a van to our area. More on this great possibility as it develops.

Vote…Lives Depend On It. Don’t Let The Pro-Aborts Win Because You Failed Your Civic And Moral Duty

October 19, 2016 – Walnut Creek, CA – NOISECoalition News – California Right to Life has compiled information from a variety of sources to provide the Pro Life voter with information on the acceptability of some candidates running for state and local offices.  CRLC is not a political organization, We are a 501 (C) 4 public policy;  education and health care research organization.  Those who get elected  set or change the public policy through legislation…

California Right to Life News: 10.14.16

  • Scott Wilk, (R-38 Valencia), Currently representing Assembly Dist.38, running for Senate District 21, Simi Valley. Voted for Asm Catharine Baker’s AB 2263 protecting Planned Parenthood workers, patients and staff from Pro Lifers. Also voted for the Rob Bonta, (D) Oakland, fire arms restrictions bill ab2165. Is endorsed by the state GOP but is apparently a Rino along with several others such as Catharine Baker, (R-16 San Ramon) Tom Lackey,(R-36 Palmdale), Ling Ling Chang, (R-55 Brea) Brian Maienschein, (R-77 San Diego) David Hadley,(R-66 Torrance).
  • Catharine Baker is in trouble with Pro Life voters in her district due to her many votes for Democrat pro abort/anti-family bills, but she is also in trouble with the Democrats who have put out a vicious ad opposing her and supporting their real candidate, Democrat Planned Parenthood favorite Cheryl Cook-Kallio. Kallio loudly and proudly proclaim so the values of Planned parenthood.
  • Baker voted with the Democrats to raise taxes on health care policies especially for medical recipients thereby requiring more money from working families and young hires.
  • David Hadley is in trouble with pro-lifers because he filled out his candidate questionnaire as a pro-lifer two years ago and then when in office voted for assisted suicide.
  • Scott Wilk, (R-38) Palmdale, running for the Senate seat in dist. 21 is another Rino. There is another Wilk, Kevin Wilk, running for Walnut Creek City Council hoping to take over the seat held by Justin Wedel, (R) – could be related. They sure look alike.
  • Sadly good conservative candidates such as Joe Rubey, Sen. Dist. 7, Contra Costa Co) and James Gallagher (R-03 Chico) were given no mention in any of the endorsements. Gallagher had to stand back and watch while the Democrats ripped apart, figuratively, his two very good pro-life pieces of legislation regarding sex education and opting-in rather than opting-out of training sessions turning these bills into vehicles in support of the status quo.  This was done through amendments.
  • On the national level in politics, aside from the media’s attacking every move made by Donald Trump, (and none by Clinton’s husband) some of Hillary Clinton’s minions have been discovered, through WikiLeaks to have via email discussed ways to neutralize the Conservative, traditional practices of the Catholic Church to create what one called “A Catholic Spring
  • Don’t forget that the 40 Days for Life prayer and witnessing outside Planned Parenthood abortion facilities continues until about November 2. Babies are being saved. Find an hour of your time to come, witness to life, pray for those who won’t listen as well as for the clinic workers that they will awaken to the humanity in the lives that they are destroying.

Celebrating Historic Victories over Jihadist Islam, the Battle of Lepanto

By SHAWN STEEL, CA National Committeeman, RNC

lepanto_1571October 7, 2016 – San Francisco, CA – – The Battle of Lepanto was one of history’s largest and most crucial naval battles because it represented the beginning of the end of the Islamic expansionist threat to Europe which had been an ugly fact of life since the late 7th century, led at the time by Umayyad Caliphate and subsequent to the conquest of Northern Africa.

The conflict took place nearly 450 years ago today – October 7, 1571 – and involved a fleet amassed by the Christian princes of Europe operating under a charter called the Christian Holy League [a broad coalition of Continental powers, including Italian city states] and led by the Holy See of Rome, Pope Pius V.

Despite being a numerically inferior force, the Christian navy – led by Spanish admiral Don Juan of Austria – effectively destroyed the entire Ottoman’s massive fleet. The engagement took place along the northern edge of the Gulf of Corinth, just off western Greece. The Islamic forces sailed westwards from their naval station at Lepanto whereupon it met the Holy Christian Coalition defending the Italian peninsula.

Since the victory of the Christian Holy League prevented the Ottoman Islamic Empire from expanding further along the European side of the Mediterranean – it is not over stating the case to say that this victory saved Western Civilization.

Lepanto was the last major naval battle in the Mediterranean fought entirely between galleys and has been assigned great symbolic and historical importance as one of the world’s most important naval battles.

Before the Battle of Lepanto, Christian cities had been under relentless attack by Muslim jihadists trigging alarm throughout Italy and Europe [the long term strategy of the Islamists was to employ a pincer attack by which they hoped to conquer Italy, seize Rome to destroy the Catholic Church and then pick off the remaining countries. That effort ultimately failed because Christianity was still a living faith in Europe at the time, which kept the Continent cohesive, culturally confident and fearless in the face of one of the world’s most savage and merciless war machines.

For example, on 1 August 1571, a large Christian army surrendered after being reassured that it could leave Cyprus freely. However, the Ottoman commander, Lala Kara Mustafa Pasha, who had lost some 50,000 men in the siege, broke his word, imprisoning the Christians. In a display of the Muslim’s typical brutally, on the 17 August, the Christian commander Bragadin was flayed alive and his corpse hung on Mustafa’s galley together with the heads of the Venetian commanders, Astorre Baglioni, Alvise Martinengo and Gianantonio Querini.

Thus, the fears of Europe’s Christians were more than justified, the reason why we today celebrate the Battle of Lepanto which destroyed the existential threat posed by the Ottomans, who were, much like ISIS today, an engine of ritualistic barbarity.

End note:

Historian Victor Davis Hanson wrote a classic accout of this battle in his monumental Carnage and Culture, an excellent read.

Hormonal Contraceptives at your Neighborhood Grocery

California Right to Life Committee, Inc
2977 Ygnacio Valley Rd #243
Walnut Creek Ca  94598
(925) 899-3064

safewaySeptember 17, 2016 – Walnut Creek, CA –  CA Right to Life Committee News – In case you hadn’t heard, the California legislators, during this last 2 year term, passed 3 bills containing language authorizing pharmacists to diagnose, prepare and dispense hormonal contraceptives to the under 19 age group without parental knowledge.

You may also not be aware that these same pharmacists can fill prescriptions for seconal,  the main barbiturate medication for use in Assisted Suicide or euthanasia.

Earlier this week Safeway Grocery Company, inc. A long time fixture in California’s grocery industry (recently bought out by a Canadian group) opened a new flagship store in Walnut Creek.

The four foot tall sandwich billboard that we have presented as the lead image was the first item to greet my eyes as I approached the store, it reads:

“Hormonal Contraceptives, including

birthcontrol pills and patches  furnished by a pharmacist!”

This billboard is advertising to the youth of our community.  Remember this the next time you see an ad using a druggist to sell you anything.

Also keep in mind that it is our elected officials and Governor who have given them this so-called privilege.

There are four high schools within a very short distance of this Safeway: Carondelet, DeLaSalle, Ygnacio Valley and Northgate. Little Red Riding Hood only had one big, bad wolf to worry about. Today’s parents have a whole industry of hungry wolves waiting to encourage your family’s patronage.

The pharmacy industry could have said “No way” will we do your work of population control, but they didn’t. Not once did they use their lobby to discourage this legislation. They embraced the opportunity to become involved in population manipulation as yet another way to make a profit. The Pharmacy Industry is apparently overjoyed to be enablers of our youths sexual lifestyles.

They have also eagerly accepted the legal authority to enable the Death with Dignity crowd, according to Jon R. Roth, CEO, California Pharmacists Association spokesman who was quoted in a PharmacyTimes article (CPhA) stating that “CPha also supports laws or regulations that give immunity from liability for pharmacists who participate in lawful end-of-life activites.

End-Of-Life activities, as in abortion and euthanasia?  Maybe one day, soon, that billboard will also include a notice that barbiturates are available at your grocer’s for ending one’s own life.

I returned to this Safeway the next day and the sign was no longer visible. It was there, but leaning against the wall while the other side of this sandwich board merely announced that a Pharmacy was on the premises.

Well, for now the sign is gone, but it may come back. Or, at any rate contraceptives that kill the new life are at pharmacies everywhere. They are there, because no one but a couple of pro life groups issued official oppose letters.

You are all being asked to participate in the imminent Forty Days for Life prayer vigil with the very worthy objective of saving babies, and Moms’ lives and maybe shutting down the clinic. That will be good, but realize that the abortionists and elected officials are way ahead of us. Who will need a building for abortions to be performed when the drugstores and the school nurses are handing out abortifacients to your daughters?

We must not continue to be silent. We have all the facts and data that we can handle. What we need is a communal backbone.

The bills referred to in the beginning of the article can be read by going to and typing in the bill numbers: SB464, SB253, SB999 and regarding end-of-life, SB1002.

While Wealth May Buy Few Friends, it Buys Just Enough Legilators’ Votes

2977 Ygnacio Valley Rd, #243
Walnut Creek, Ca 94598
(925) 899-3064
Please note new mailing address

July 24, 2016 – Walnut Creek, CA NOISE Coalition News – Oft repeated information leaking out of the legislature is that the votes of some elected officials often represent the positions of their financial backers more than they do the citizens that they swore under oath to represent.  In politics it’s not friends that are being bought, it’s votes. This would appear to be  true in the case of about 8 Republicans, all elected first time between 2012-2014 funded in large  degree by Charles T. Munger, Jr, Physicist and political philanthropist, son of Charles Munger Sr, who is a Co-partner with Warren Buffet in Berkshire Hathaway.

Warren Buffet and Munger, Sr. are well known for their extremely generous donations to Reproductive rights causes, population issues and the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation for global awareness. i.e. health, welfare and education.

These eight Republicans with Assemblywoman Catharine Baker (R-Dist 16) as fearless leader are often seen, figuratively speaking, crossing over the aisle, at least 13 times this year, in the legislature to vote with Democrats, especially on certain sensitive family, education and health related bills.

Baker also ignored pro life urgings when she signed on as co-author in 2015 on the Sen. Richard Pan, mandated vaccination-or-no-public-schooling-for-the-unvaccinated-children bill and she takes pleasure in telling everyone how she was a major factor in the bill’s passing.

Besides Baker these crossover legislators are:

Ling-Ling Chang R-55-Orange Co), Brian Maienschein (R-77,San Diego), Tom Lackey (R-36 Palmdale), Chad Mayes (R-42 Rancho Mirage), Young Kim (R-65 Buena Park), David Hadley (R-66 Manhattan Beach), Rocky Chavez (R-San Diego).

Perhaps you’ve noticed that 7 of the 8 are in Southern California.  Baker did once work for So California Congressman Sonny Bono prior to attending law school and was feted at a fundraising party to kick off her campaign in Monte Serena hosted by Charles Munger, Jr and Jim and Christine Russell.  This Russell may well be a relative of a notorious Southern Cal  abortion doctor, Keith Russell who has been a good friend of Munger, Sr.

Charles Munger Jr, a Physicist at Stanford University, is one of the children of Charles Munger, Sr.  Munger, Sr. is a  Co-partner with Warren Buffet of Berkshire Hathaway. Buffet and Munger, Sr. have been major contributors to Planned Parenthood for decades according to an article in MRC Newsbusters for May 13, 2014. An article by Mike Ciandella is entitled: Warren Buffett: The Billion-Dollar King of Abortion

When Baker first appeared on the scene in the 2014 election campaign she made an effort to convince the pro life community that she herself was also pro life. After her election she has given little acknowledgement or time to requests from her district’s pro life community to give consideration to the pro life position on bills.

When Baker won the race the local Democrats didn’t seem too disappointed. Chief of Staff for then Assembly Speaker Tony Atkins, was quoted in a Times Standard News article on 11/16/14 as saying that: “there’s been a pretty good working relationship with the Republican caucus on a lot of stuff, and I think that will continue with her,” he said. “If her policies are things that the Democratic caucus and the Legislature as a whole believe in, she’ll be given as fair a shot as anyone else.”

Here is a list of bills signed by the Governor that Catharine Baker has supported.

AB15b, Susan Eggman, Assisted Suicide.

SB1005, Mark Leno, Removal from marriage license of designation of husband or wife, substituting spouse.

HR 54, Eggman, LGBT, designating June as Gay Pride month.

HR 32, Tony Atkins, Women’s Reproductive Health Rights. Urging Congress to support.

SJR 19, Hannah Beth Jackson, Women’s Reproductive Health (see HR54)

She thinks that because she doesn’t get letters or phone calls from you that her actions are okay with everybody.  Assembly district 16, Contra Costa and parts of Alameda County; cities of Lafayette, Moraga, and Orinda, Danville, San Ramon, and the Tri-Valley areas of Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore. (5-13-14) published an article entitled Warren Buffet Has Given $1.2 Billion to Pro-Abortion Groups, Would Fund 2.7 Million Abortions.

THE FOLLOWING BILLS ARE IN THE SENATE APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE:  meaning that they have taxpayer funding attached.

This is the Appropriations office phone # 916-651-4101

AB1671, Jimmy Gomez, Confidential Communications: Disclosure. This is a bill to silence David Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress, making him the bad guy.

AB2263, Catharine Baker, Protect Victims and Reproductive Health Care Providers, companion to Assembly Bill 1671.

AB2531, Autumn Burke, Reproductive Health and Research, authorizes payments to women in exchange for their formerly donated “human Oocytes”  (eggs)for research.

AB1954, Autumn Burke, Health Care Coverage: Reproductive Health Care Services. Requires all health care service plans and policies to accept costs of reproductive services without a referral.

Burke is daughter of former state legislator and L.A. County Supervisor Yvonne Braithwaite Burke.

AB1808, Jim Wood, Minors: Mental Health Treatment and Counseling. Authorizes marriage and family therapist trainees to provide mental health services to minors, without parental consent.

AB1732, Philip Ting, Single-User Bathrooms. Mandates provision of all-gender facilities in businesses or Government agencies.

SB999, Fran Pavley, Health Insurance: Contraceptives: Annual supply. Requires health care service plans to prescribe and dispense one-year’s supply, rather than the current 3 months, of “self-administered Hormonal Contraceptives, no questions asked.

AB1947, Health Facilities: Affiliate clinic” Licensing.  Allows clinics to establish satellite clinic services without requiring inspections or separate filing.

Catharine Baker is again up for election this November. She is well-liked and respected by voters, especially those in the banking and Insurance industry, for her financially conservative votes (though, even there,  she has cast at least one questionable vote on taxing Managed Care Organizations.  But, again, it’s a health care issue and she favors the Democrat/Munger philosophy on health care funding.

The Republican leadership. both local and statewide. and Baker herself feel confident that she is in a safe district.  She is depicted as THE vote that breaks the monopoly of the Democrat stranglehold on state politics.

Unfortunately for babies, families and senior citizens Republicans have been encouraged to overlook her votes on important life issues in order to save the sinking ship of the Republican Party.

Baker is getting her campaign financing from progressive Republicans but she is also getting her volunteer soldiers in the field from the pro life, Catholic/Christian  conservative groups in the community.

Catharine Baker and the other named legislators need educating on the pro life  issues of life and death. It makes a mockery of our position on life if, at the same time, pro life people provide their time and talent to legislators who ignore our values, preferring the monetary values of those who donate the most money to their campaigns.

Catharine Baker has just sent out a Thank You to all her volunteers for their help in the Primary. It appears to carry a hidden message to those who question her legislative and Party activities.

“I will work to ensure our community has a strong voice in the Legislature that puts the needs of our community first over partisan bickering and special interests.”

The needs of the Community?  Who determines the needs of the individuals within a community?  Planned Parenthood and Hilary Clinton think that everybody in a community needs to be sexually active from age 11 yrs on accompanied by birth control medications and abortions.

Maybe the pro life people of District 16 should be asking Catharine Baker to clarify her statement?

And, how about that word “bickering?”  Are the voting citizens not allowed to critique legislators voting practices?  Is she getting some feedback from voters not too pleased with her pro abort votes and her vote to allow for the raising of taxes on Managed Care programs?
